CAD and 3D Conceptual renderings help a client visualize what something will look like before it is actually built and give me a blueprint to follow during the process.

Not every project requires a full set of renderings. However, when applicable or necessary, I create and work from CAD and 3-D drawings to start a project and for approvals before beginning work.

I work with quality products for optimum results. However, due to changes in State and Federal Regulations many paints and finishes have been reformulated or replaced, to be kinder to our environment.
